Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Demand Generation Manager for the Digital Acquisition group within the North America Cloud Sales Center.

You will lead a team of Customer Acquisition Representatives to convert inbound marketing qualified leads into qualified opportunities, ensuring fast follow-up and quality conversions. You will coach early career professionals, partner with marketing and field sales, and drive new demand channels and channel experiments to grow the pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Experience in leadership roles in sales operations, sales strategy, finance, business development, or other related fields.

Responsibilities

• Own the inbound demand conversion motion and SLA compliance.
• Drive digital demand and build new engagement channels.
• Build top of funnel pipeline through high-volume prospecting alongside inbound conversion.
• Coach early career talent across conversion motion and full-cycle selling.
• Navigate AWS structures and cross-functional teams to progress deals.
• Identify challenges and build scalable mechanisms to improve conversion and demand generation.
• Be the trusted advisor to regional and segment sales leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Manage KPIs and reporting cadence for inbound/outbound activities and opportunities.
• Grow GenAI acumen and apply to customer engagements.
• Contribute to DA and DG-wide initiatives and rep/manager development.
