Job summary

RTA Fleet in Glendale, AZ seeks a Demand Generation Manager to own inbound pipeline, orchestrate content across the Fleet Success Show, webinars, campaigns, and thought leadership, and drive multi-channel distribution with heavy AI leverage.

You will lead a small creative team, partner with the SDR team, and ensure timely, on-brand delivery while continually optimizing for performance and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• Own inbound pipeline number and trace marketing effort to sourced revenue
• Lead a small creative pod and manage two direct reports (AV Specialist, Creative Services Manager)
• Write well and fast across formats leveraging AI for landing pages, campaigns, emails, and companion articles
• Own the content engine and distribute multi-format content across channels
• Coordinate PR and media relationships with the CMO

Responsibilities

• Content orchestration and distribution: weekly content flywheel from podcast to multi-format content
• Publish podcast episodes and clips to YouTube, Simplecast, Spotify, and website; write companion articles
• Write campaign content across formats: social posts, landing pages, emails, and sessions abstracts
• Own email sequences: webinar promotions, newsletters, product releases and press announcements in HubSpot
• Own SEO and AEO for YouTube and website; optimize thumbnails and copy post-launch
• Coordinate PR: edit press releases, media uploads, SME posts
