Job summary

Motus is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to plan, execute, and optimize programs that drive pipeline growth for our new business team. You will lead cross-channel campaigns and partner with Marketing, BDR, and Sales to turn engagement into qualified opportunities.

The role requires hands-on execution, data-driven optimization, and the ability to scale repeatable programs across email, nurture, digital, and sales outreach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in B2B marketing with multi-channel campaign experience.
• Experience driving pipeline through integrated campaigns and programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns to generate qualified pipeline.
• Develop briefs and activation plans with audiences, messaging, offers, channels, timelines, and success metrics.
• Translate pillar content and launches into coordinated campaign activities across email, nurture, digital, and sales outreach.
• Collaborate with BDR, Sales Enablement, and Sales to align campaigns to target accounts and pipeline priorities.
• Monitor performance with Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations, and iteratively improve targeting and channel mix.
