Job summary

Yondr is seeking a Demand Generation Campaign Manager to own our full digital acquisition stack—paid media, SEO, CRO, email automation, and web performance. You will drive qualified pipeline and revenue across Education, Artist Relations, and Commercial, reporting to the SVP of Marketing.

You will own SFMC end-to-end, manage data extensions, lead scoring, and integration with Salesforce CRM, while leading CRO and web performance initiatives with data-driven results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, ideally SaaS/enterprise.
• Full-stack ownership across paid, SEO, CRO, email automation, and web.
• Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience: Journey Builder, SQL, Automation Studio, AMPscript, SFMC–Salesforce integration, lead scoring.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the full demand gen stack across paid and organic channels.
• Drive conversion rate optimization and web performance improvements with measurable results.
• Lead reporting to connect campaigns to pipeline-influenced revenue across verticals.
• Collaborate with Education, Commercial and Entertainment to align campaigns with buying cycles.
