Job summary

Yardi is seeking a Marketing Campaign Specialist to lead demand generation for the Commercial team. You will own paid media strategy across trade advertising, paid social, sponsored content, and display, and oversee performance reporting, ROAS, and CPL by channel.

You will coordinate with product marketing and events, optimize landing pages, and drive webinar promotion and lead follow-up to convert traffic into qualified pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• A minimum of three (3) years of marketing experience.
• Experience in B2B marketing.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, proofreading and editing skills.
• Strong project management and ability to manage priorities.
• Interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently or with others.
• Determination and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing strategies for a product line or vertical.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and product stakeholders to execute campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing collateral: emails, brochures, videos, social, and press releases.
• Support event marketing with promotional materials, displays, swag, and content.
