Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting, administering, or using Deltek Vantagepoint, Deltek Vision, or a comparable ERP platform.
• Strong SQL skills with data extraction, validation, and complex query development.
• Experience troubleshooting data and system issues through analytical problem solving.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
• Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Deltek Vantagepoint ERP system, including user support, configuration, maintenance, and data integrity.
• Utilize SQL to extract, validate, and analyze data; develop complex queries and joins for reporting.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain SSRS reports to support financial and operational needs.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to support business processes.
• Communicate findings and data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
• Support continuous improvement and enhancement of enterprise systems and processes.
