• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open and set up new projects in Deltek Vantagepoint based on contracts and proposals.
• Maintain project data (WBS, billing rates, payment terms, PM assignments).
• Process sub-consultant invoices and reconcile ledger balances to project budgets.
