Copper River Shared Services is seeking a Project Setup & Controls Analyst to manage Costpoint-based project setup, ensure accurate financial controls, and coordinate with program managers, contracts, and accounting. The role emphasizes analytical rigor, organization, and timely approvals.

The position offers exposure to FP, CPFF, T&M, and Hybrid contracts, with a focus on ensuring billing and revenue recognition alignment across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or related field.
• 2–3 years practical experience with Deltek Costpoint including project setup.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program managers and contracts to set up projects in Costpoint.
• Oversee internal approval workflow for project setup tickets.
• Support various contract types: FP, CPFF, T&M, Hybrid.
• Coordinate with project control, accounting, and contracts on billing and reporting.
• Interpret contract requirements for Costpoint setup accuracy.
• Participate in kickoff meetings for new awards and changes.
• Maintain contract setup/modification docs in Costpoint.
