Job summary

KBR is seeking an Enterprise Application Systems Administrator to join the Enterprise Systems team. This role focuses on day-to-day administration, monitoring, and maintenance of critical enterprise applications, including Deltek Costpoint, in a highly regulated environment.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career IT professional to develop expertise in enterprise application administration while supporting the company's mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, application support, or a related technical role.
• Experience supporting business applications, enterprise software, or IT systems.
• Experience working in a customer-focused support environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and support for Deltek Costpoint and related enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot application issues, system errors, and user access requests.
• Monitor application health, scheduled jobs, interfaces, and automated data processes to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Assist with root cause analysis and problem resolution across application, database, and infrastructure environments.
• Support application upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and system testing activities.
• Assist with administration and support of Deltek Cobra, Cognos, Oracle Hyperion Cloud (EPM), Oracle APEX applications, RFgen, and UiPath platforms as needed.
• Maintain operational documentation, technical procedures, troubleshooting guides, and user provisioning records.
• Ensure system administration activities comply with established security, audit, and change management requirements.
