Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Deltek Costpoint Sr. Manager, Industry Specialty Services in Maryland to lead Costpoint implementations, guide consultants, and maintain client relationships. The role covers ERP consulting, ancillary systems, and integrations.

You will mentor project teams, oversee technical integrations, and help secure new business through proposals and SOWs while ensuring regulatory compliance across government contracting sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MPAcc preferred.
• Ten+ years of combined and relevant accounting and systems experience.
• Experience with government contracting, nonprofit, and regulated industries preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP/technology implementation best practices required.
• CPA/CMA/PMP or ERP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architects and leads ERP implementations of Deltek Costpoint.
• Mentor and develop project team; maintain client relationships.
• Review proposals and Statements of Work to secure new business.
• Interact with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Ensure compliance with government contracting rules and regulations.
