Job summary

Institute of Management Accountants, Inc. is seeking a senior Deltek Costpoint Consultant to lead ERP implementations, mentor consultants, and guide project teams in delivering client-ready solutions within government contracting and nonprofit contexts.

You will manage client relationships, oversee integrations, interpret governance, and contribute to business development through proposals and SOWs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of accounting and systems experience.
• Deltek Costpoint experience required.
• Experience with government contracting and nonprofit industries preferred.
• CPA, CMA, or PMP preferred.
• ERP or technology certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementations of Deltek Costpoint
• Apply the BDO framework to project phases and client objectives
• Oversee technology integrations and engagements
• Interpret compliance for ERP & technology in various entity contexts
• Review SOWs/Proposals and support business development
• Mentor and train team on tools and methodology
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the Deltek Practice
