Job summary

Proconex, a leading Emerson DeltaV systems integrator, seeks a Systems Engineer to deliver day-to-day DeltaV support in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot, configure, and maintain DeltaV modules and batch systems, working closely with operations, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Emerson DeltaV experience.
• Life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations and production systems.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Emerson DeltaV systems in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Troubleshoot automation and controls issues impacting production
• Configure and modify DeltaV control modules, graphics, equipment modules, and batch systems
• Support change controls, upgrades, testing, and implementation activities
• Partner with site personnel to maintain system performance and reliability
• Represent Proconex as a trusted onsite technical resource
