Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking a skilled DeltaV Engineer for an onsite, long-term assignment in North Carolina. You will configure DeltaV Batch and Equipment Modules, develop DeltaV Live graphics, and write/ troubleshoot DeltaV code for control modules and phases, while tuning loops for optimal performance.

We are seeking a skilled DeltaV Engineer with a strong experience with automation and configuration for a variety of projects in the pharmaceutical industry. You will play a crucial role in supporting various customers, initially starting with a project at a leading pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities

• Configure DeltaV Batch and Equipment Modules.
• Develop and update DeltaV Live Graphics.
• Write and troubleshoot DeltaV code for control modules, equipment modules, and phases.
• Tune control loops to ensure optimal performance.
• Support various pharmaceutical customers by providing technical expertise and guidance.

Essential Skills

• 3-10 years of experience in programming DeltaV systems.
• Strong understanding of DeltaV control modules (CM) and equipment modules (EM).
• Experience in a regulated environment with knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with DeltaV batch processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with DeltaV Live is an advantage.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is beneficial.

Work Environment

• This is an onsite position with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. The engineer will report directly to the Project Manager at the project location. The role requires working in a regulated environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
