Job summary

R is hiring immediately for full-time positions with flexible schedules and the opportunity to earn based on tips. Front-of-house and kitchen duties include taking orders at the register, handling payments, food prep assistances, station upkeep, and delivering high-energy BBQ service to our loyal fans.

Wage details include hourly pay that varies with tips per shift; at Delta Center location, wage is $20/hr with no tips. EVerify is used to confirm U.S. employment eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders at the cash register
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all R&R standards
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized
• Stand and walk for an entire shift – This role is constantly in motion to deliver mind-blowing meals to our Fans
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, portioning, or preparing sauces)
• Prepare menu items in cooperation with the rest of the crew
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with crewmates and fans
