Job summary

R is hiring immediately for full-time positions with flexible schedules. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and delivering delicious BBQ, we want you on our team!

Your responsibilities will include taking orders, preparing food, maintaining a clean work environment, and delivering excellent customer service to our loyal Fans. We offer team member meals and advancement opportunities, along with health benefits for full-time employees.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the best BBQ to our loyal Fans.
• Take orders at the cash register.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures.
• Restock stations and keep them clean.
• Stand and walk for an entire shift.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service.
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food.
• Stock inventory appropriately.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain a positive approach with crewmates and fans.

Education

At least 16 years of age

Restaurant experience preferred

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Your primary responsibilities are to deliver the best damn BBQ to our loyal Fans, Make some money, and have fun doing it.So if you're in the kitchen or handling the cash register - whether serving up some mouth-watering BBQ or wiping down tables after dinner hours are over - we want you to enjoy what you do every day.

• Taking orders at the cash register
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all R&R standards
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized
• Stand and walk for an entire shift – This role is constantly in motion to deliver mind-blowing meals to our Fans
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, portioning, or preparing sauces)
• Prepare menu items in cooperation with the rest of the crew
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with crewmates and fans

**Hourly Wage depends on the Tipped amount each shift.**
