Job summary

RITWIK Infotech Inc in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Delphi developer to maintain and enhance COSMO and NUMEN applications onsite. You'll work on implementing with relational databases and participate in moving monolithic systems toward microservices.

You will own change requests, participate in requirements gathering, perform design and code reviews, ensure unit tests, and coordinate on-call support and system monitoring to ensure reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Experience developing, enhancing, and maintaining Delphi applications.
• Experience with relational databases and integration.
• Familiarity with monolith-to-microservices migrations.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain COSMO and NUMEN applications using Delphi.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain COSMO and NUMEN applications using Delphi.
• Implement and integrate with relational databases.
• Participate in converting monolithic applications to microservices-based architectures.
• Maintains active relationships with customers to determine business requirements, leads requirements gathering meetings and reviews designs with the business.
• Prioritize projects and make trade-offs with respect to the enterprise systems changes based on broader business needs.
• Understands the entire architecture for a major part of our business and can articulate the scaling and reliability limits.
• Owns the change request process and coordinates with other teams, as necessary.
• Develops and owns list of final enhancements.
• Develops and defines application scope and objectives and supervises the preparation of technical and/or functional specifications from with programs will be written.
• Performs technical design reviews and code reviews.
• Ensures unit test is completed and meets the test plan requirements, system testing is completed and system is implemented according to plan.
• Coordinates and manages on-call support and owns the system monitoring process.
• Reviews and monitors initiatives for end to end impact and coordination.
