You will mentor junior developers, provide estimates, and help evolve defect management and reporting. This remote role offers flexibility across the United States.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Delphi development.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Expertise with Embarcadero Delphi 10.3 and modern software design.
• Experience using Jira, ServiceNow and GitHub is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains front-end and back-end applications.
• Remediates software defects and updates documentation.
• Participates in Agile sprint planning and daily standups.
• Leads and mentors less senior developers.
• Provides time estimates and defect resolution support.
