Job summary
LTIMindtree is seeking a Microservices Lead Developer to lead offshore development teams in Cleveland, onsite. You will drive enterprise-grade Java microservices solutions, collaborate with Architects, and ensure governance and agile delivery excellence.
You will guide offshore teams, translate business needs into technical tasks, and oversee Jira-based planning, testing, and deployment, delivering scalable APIs and distributed services.
Qualifications
- Experience leading offshore development teams.
- Strong Java Spring Boot and microservices experience.
- Proven ability to align offshore teams with architectural standards and business goals.
- Excellent communication with onsite and offshore stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership by collaborating with Solution Architects and teams to understand designs and architecture decisions.
- Mentor offshore teams and drive quality and productivity.
- Decompose requirements into actionable technical tasks and manage execution.
- Coordinate Jira backlogs, sprints and delivery milestones.
- Ensure governance and agile delivery across distributed teams.
- Design and develop enterprise-grade Java microservices and APIs.
