Job summary

Dell Technologies Services Undergraduate Engineering Intern role open in Round Rock, TX or Hopkinton, MA. You will collaborate with product technologists, serviceability engineers, and software engineers to learn the architecture and definition of computing devices and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an accredited Bachelor of Science program in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Systems Engineering Technology or Computer Sciences. Coursework must include a substantial number of upper-level engineering courses. On track to graduate during December 2027 or Spring 2028
  • Able to write and decipher requirements, functional specifications, design specifications, test plans, and documentation
  • Possess basic understanding of computer architectures like x86 and ARM
  • Possess basic understanding of Microprocessor, digital logic design, and embedded systems design
  • Possess basic understanding of software operating systems including Microsoft based products
  • Must be able to effectively interface with others inside and outside the Engineering function and understand working in a team environment
  • Able to organize and manage multiple projects, set priorities, and work independently under tight timelines

Responsibilities

  • Work on ambiguous and complex problems requiring evaluation of intangible variables as well as predictive and cost benefit analysis, opportunity/risk analysis

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this position is $27.10 - $31.80 hourly.
