Job summary

Dell Technologies Services is seeking an undergraduate analytics intern to join the Services team in Round Rock, TX or Hopkinton, MA. You will tackle analytics projects, build KPIs and dashboards, and provide insights to improve operations and dispatch efficiency.

You will analyze data, identify trends, and clearly communicate findings to business leaders. Proactive collaboration with internal and external data sources will be essential, as you independently drive tasks to completion.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled UG in an accredited Bachelor's program in Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
• Experience in Excel, SQL and Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Create analyses that uncover hidden opportunities to improve in areas such as operations, sales growth and dispatch effectiveness.
• Identify trends and patterns in datasets to predict outcomes.
• Effectively communicate findings, insights and recommendations with business leaders.
• Collaborate with internal and external sources to gather & examine data from disparate sources with the goal of discovering insights.
• Able to independently drive a task to completion, understand the data, end goals, and provide insights beyond the customer’s expectations.
