Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist delivery drivers to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient delivery of customer orders.
• Inspect deliveries prior to load to ensure accuracy and no damage.
• Assist with loading and unloading merchandise using material handling equipment.
• Make customer calls before and during delivery.
• Interface with customers regarding orders, provide proof of delivery, and resolve basic service issues.
• Relay escalated customer concerns to distribution center leadership.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being polite and professional during deliveries.
• Perform general warehouse duties as needed.
