Job summary

HD Supply Canada, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Assistant in St. Paul, MN to support delivery drivers with customer orders. Responsibilities include loading and unloading, confirming orders, and ensuring accurate, damage-free deliveries.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Experience in delivery assistant or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading merchandise.
• Provide proof of delivery and resolve basic customer service issues.
• Inspect deliveries for accuracy and damage prior to loading.
• Communicate with customers before and during delivery.
• Perform general warehouse duties as needed.
• Relay escalated concerns to distribution center leadership.
