Job summary

Rexel USA in Fresno, CA is hiring a Warehouse Associate/Driver I to efficiently fill customer orders, receive, stock, and ship materials, and perform delivery duties up to 50% of time. No CDL required.

You will follow SOPs, ensure safety, verify shipments, operate forklifts and delivery vehicles, and maintain equipment and records. The role requires a valid license, 21+ years age, and DOT compliance. Benefits and on-site work at Platt Branch.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 30 days of hire.
• Must not have had a suspended driver's license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years.
• Must not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• High School or GED - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine when required.
• Load common carrier and company vehicles.
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Operate delivery vehicles to deliver to customers and suppliers.
• Complete daily vehicle inspection reports and keep vehicles clean and serviced.
