Job summary

Rexel USA in Reno, NV is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate/Driver to efficiently fill customer orders, stock and ship material, and drive deliveries up to 50% of time. No CDL required; vehicle operations must comply with DOT and safety standards.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork across branch functions. You will handle receiving, stocking, inventory, and shipment paperwork while maintaining equipment and a clean, safe warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 30 days of hire.
• Must not have had a suspended driver's license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years.
• Must not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• High School or GED - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a culture focused on employee safety.
• Follow SOPs and safety rules; address safety concerns.
• Receive material and verify quantity described on packing list.
• Keep incoming orders stocked and report freight damage claims.
• Prepare branch orders and ensure correct product is shipped.
• Process shipment paperwork and ensure proper shipping instructions.
• Operate machinery such as forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting when required.
• Load and unload vehicles; inspect vehicles and maintain logs.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Deliver to customers and company locations; maintain vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with DOT/local laws.
• May assist in other branch duties including counter sales and customer support.
