Job summary

Rexel USA, Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver to efficiently fill customer orders, receive and stock merchandise, and prepare shipments. This role blends warehouse duties with a driving component, up to 50% of time delivering to customers and suppliers.

No CDL required. Candidates should be able to operate forklift and pallet jack, maintain vehicle, follow DOT rules, and work safely with deadlines. Benefits include health insurance, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Prior warehouse experience a plus
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass a pre-employment Motor Vehicle Record review
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate within 30 days of hire
• Must not have had a suspended driver's license in past 3 years
• High School or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
• Receive, stock, and ship materials accurately
• Operate forklift/reach truck and related equipment as needed
• Load deliveries and drive to customer locations when required
• Inspect and maintain vehicles and document daily inspections
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies
