Rexel USA is hiring a Warehouse Associate/Truck Driver I for the Nashville, TN area. The role combines warehouse tasks—receiving, stocking, packing, and shipping—with a substantial driving component (up to 50%). No CDL required.

Responsibilities include safety, inventory counts, operating forklift and other equipment, and ensuring accurate deliveries and documentation. This position offers growth and comprehensive benefits focused on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred.
• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack operation experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, stock, stage, and ship materials per SOPs.
• Operate delivery vehicles to customers, branches, and suppliers (no CDL required).
• Follow safety, DOT, and local/state driving regulations.
• Assist in training entry-level drivers and provide mentorship.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment and complete daily inspection reports.
