Job summary

Rexel USA in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Truck Driver to join the Gexpro team. The role combines warehouse duties with a driving component, delivering materials to customers and Rexel locations while ensuring accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include receiving and stocking, processing shipments, operating warehouse equipment, and performing routine vehicle inspections. A valid driver’s license and forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping paperwork.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow SOPs and DOT rules.
• Ability to perform basic math and maintain accurate counts.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and promptly with safety in mind.
• Receive, stock, stage, and ship materials per procedures.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and other equipment as needed.
• Inspect and maintain branch vehicle and document daily checks.
• Deliver products to customers or other Rexel locations up to 50% of time.
