Summit Electric Supply in Midland, TX is seeking a Warehouse/Delivery Associate to pull customer orders, accurately prepare them for delivery, and ensure timely, safe transportation to job sites.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, using an iPad for order review and signatures, stocking inventory, and supporting sales as needed. This entry-level role offers growth within the Sonepar family and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent driving record.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Time management - strong ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written.
• Flexibility - ability to effectively adapt to change.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Pull customer tickets to fulfill orders.
• Load and unload Summit trucks.
• Safely deliver products to customer locations.
• Provide exceptional service to all customers.
• Ability to use iPad to review orders and collect signatures.
• Report all delivery issues and concerns.
• Prepare orders for shipment to customers.
• Receive and stock products daily to replenish inventory.
• Understand products, warranties and their capabilities.
• Assist sales associates in fulfilling customer orders as needed.
