Job summary

Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Technology Specialist at Lexus of Brookfield. This role delivers training and technical support on vehicle software and devices, ensuring customers understand their equipment and benefits.

You will train staff and customers while maintaining excellent CSI and handling scheduling and administrative duties. You must complete Lexus certification within 30 days of hire and maintain a valid driver’s license in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must complete Lexus certification within the first 30 days and keep it current.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and set times for service appointments for technical reviews or additional training.
• Record information related to each technical review in the customer database.
• Provide training to customers to help them understand the value of the equipment and how to use it.
• Review and explain completed work and changes to customers when applicable.
• Provide technical training to sales, service and other employees as assigned by management.
• Maintain high customer service standards (CSI) and handle phone inquiries about appointments and work in progress.
• Perform any administrative duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule and establish set times for service appointments for technical reviews and/ or additional training
• Record information relative to each technical review in customer database
• Provide training to customers to ensure they understand the value of the equipment and how to use it
• Review and explain completed work and changes to customers when applicable
• Provide technical training to sales, service and other employees as assigned by management
• Maintain high customer service standards (CSI) and handle phone inquiries regarding appointment and work in process
• Perform any administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
