Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Technology Specialist at Lexus of Brookfield to deliver high-level technical support and customer training on in-vehicle software and devices. You will schedule trainings, record reviews, and explain completed work to customers while maintaining excellent CSI and cross-training colleagues.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and establish set times for service appointments for technical reviews and/or additional training.
• Record information relative to each technical review in customer database.
• Provide training to customers to ensure they understand the value of the equipment and how to use it.
• Review and explain completed work and changes to customers when applicable.
• Provide technical training to sales, service and other employees as assigned by management.
• Maintain high customer service standards (CSI) and handle phone inquiries regarding appointment and work in process.
• Perform any administrative duties as assigned.
