Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Technology Specialist located at Lexus of Brookfield to deliver advanced technical support, training, and software guidance for customers and staff. You will coordinate technical reviews, record outcomes, and explain post-work details to clients.

You will train sales and service teams, manage customer inquiries, and uphold excellent CSI while adapting to a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must complete Lexus certification within the first 30 days and keep current.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and establish set times for service appointments for technical reviews and/or additional training.
• Record information relative to each technical review in customer database.
• Provide training to customers to ensure they understand the value of the equipment and how to use it.
• Review and explain completed work and changes to customers when applicable.
• Provide technical training to sales, service and other employees as assigned by management.
• Maintain high customer service standards (CSI) and handle phone inquiries regarding appointment and work in process.
• Perform any administrative duties as assigned.
