Accendra Health is seeking a Delivery Technician to safely deliver, set up, and pick up durable medical equipment in patient homes. You will educate patients on proper use and ensure safe operation while delivering high-quality service in the Phoenix Metro area.

• Safely lift, carry, and maneuver equipment up to 160 lbs in home deliveries and setups.
• Deliver, set up, and pick up DME and supplies at patient homes.
• Provide clear, compassionate instruction on equipment use to patients and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and vehicle documentation.
• Respond to emergency delivery requests when needed.
• Assist with equipment cleaning and minor repairs and perform routine vehicle checks.

About the Role

The Delivery Technician delivers, sets up, and picks up durable medical equipment (DME) in patient homes. You will educate patients on basic equipment use and ensure safe operation while providing high‑quality customer service. The anticipated salary range for this position is $19.00–$23.00 per hour. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.

What You’ll Do

• Safely lift, carry, and maneuver equipment ranging from 10 lbs – 160 lbs as part of daily deliveries and setups
• Deliver, set up, and pick up DME and supplies inside patient homes
• Provide clear, compassionate, professional instruction on equipment use
• Offer a high level of customer service and support to patients who may rely on this equipment for life‑sustaining needs
• Load and unload equipment from the delivery vehicle
• Respond to emergency delivery requests when needed
• Complete delivery logs, pickup forms, and vehicle documentation accurately
• Maintain supply components in patient profiles
• Assist with equipment cleaning and minor repairs
• Perform routine vehicle checks
• Support additional duties as assigned
