Job summary

Accendra Health in Phoenix is seeking a Delivery Technician to safely deliver, set up, and pick up durable medical equipment in patient homes.

You will educate patients on equipment use, provide compassionate customer service, and support on-call duties with a stipend.

The role offers a stable schedule, hands-on work, and opportunities for training in a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Safely lift, carry, and maneuver equipment ranging from 10 lbs - 160 lbs as part of daily deliveries and setups.
• Deliver, set up, and pick up DME and supplies inside patient homes.
• Provide clear, compassionate, professional instruction on equipment use.
• Offer a high level of customer service and support to patients who may rely on this equipment for life-sustaining needs
• Load and unload equipment from the delivery vehicle
• Respond to emergency delivery requests when needed
• Complete delivery logs, pickup forms, and vehicle documentation accurately
• Maintain supply components in patient profiles
• Assist with equipment cleaning and minor repairs
• Perform routine vehicle checks
• Support additional duties as assigned

About the Role

The Delivery Technician delivers, sets up, and picks up durable medical equipment (DME) in patient homes. You will educate patients on basic equipment use and ensure safe operation while providing high-quality customer service.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $19.00-$23.00 per hour. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.

• Travel Requirements Service radius up to 2 hours from the branch
• Salary Range $19.00-$23.00 per hour
