Accendra Health is seeking a Delivery Technician to safely deliver, set up, and pick up durable medical equipment in patient homes. You will educate patients on equipment use and ensure safe operation while delivering high-quality service in the Phoenix Metro market.

Join a flagship facility with a supportive team; on-call with a transparent rotation, and a stable schedule. On-call stipends, vehicle-home on-call privileges with approval, and overtime pay are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Lift, carry and maneuver equipment up to 50 lbs as part of daily deliveries and setups.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of related work experience required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Completion of Apria’s Driver Training Program.
• English reading, writing, and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up, and pick up DME and supplies inside patient homes.
• Provide clear, compassionate, professional instruction on equipment use.
• Offer high level of customer service to patients relying on equipment for life-sustaining needs.
• Load and unload equipment from delivery vehicle.
• Respond to emergency delivery requests when needed.
• Complete delivery logs, pickup forms, and vehicle documentation accurately.
• Maintain supply components in patient profiles.
• Assist with equipment cleaning and minor repairs.
• Perform routine vehicle checks.
• Support additional duties as assigned.

About the Role

The Delivery Technician delivers, sets up, and picks up durable medical equipment (DME) in patient homes. You will educate patients on basic equipment use and ensure safe operation while providing high‑quality customer service.

Salary Range $19.00–$23.00 per hour. Pay varies based on experience, skills, and location. Eligible for Safe Driver Bonus.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver, set up, and pick up DME and supplies inside patient homes
• Provide clear, compassionate, professional instruction on equipment use
• Offer a high level of customer service and support to patients who may rely on this equipment for life‑sustaining needs
• Load and unload equipment from the delivery vehicle
• Respond to emergency delivery requests when needed
• Complete delivery logs, pickup forms, and vehicle documentation accurately
• Maintain supply components in patient profiles
• Assist with equipment cleaning and minor repairs
• Perform routine vehicle checks
• Support additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
