Job summary

HD Supply Canada, Inc. is seeking a delivery associate to make customer deliveries using company-provided or rental vehicles. You will maintain vehicle records, inspect vehicles, and assist customers with order issues.

A valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR are required, with routine monitoring by the company. The role involves loading/unloading, following routes, and providing professional service. Prior wholesale distribution experience is a plus, and the position may require overnight

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years experience in distribution or delivery operations.
• CA, CO, CT, D.C., DE, HI, IL, MA, MD, ME, MN, NJ, NV, NY, OH, RI, VA, VT, WA regional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders safely within service area, interfacing with customers on order issues.
• Follow planned route for timely deliveries while obeying traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Load inventory into trucks and unload at customer sites using material handling equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and maintain professional conduct.
• Review order manifests for accuracy and completeness; communicate delivery statuses.
