Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola in Arizona seeks a Driver Assistant to support our Drivers with delivery and merchandising of Swire Coca-Cola products, ensuring excellent service to customers.

You will unload merchandise, rotate products, maintain loading dock areas, and help maintain strong customer relationships while adhering to safety policies. This role offers growth within the driver team and a strong focus on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) preferred
• DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State required
• Insured driver with clean MVR
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Prior grocery store or consumer product retail experience preferred
• Operate manual/ powered pallet jack or hand truck
• Lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Drivers on assigned route
• Unload merchandise
• Display and rotate products according to company standards
• Maintain back rooms by organizing and consolidating back stock in a safely accessible way within the assigned loading dock area
• Provide excellent customer service & maintain customer relationships
• Retrieve company property & assets as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned.
