Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola in Alabama is seeking a Driver Assistant to support Drivers on assigned routes, unload merchandise, and rotate products to meet company standards. You’ll help maintain back rooms and provide excellent customer service to keep customers satisfied.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver license with clean MVR, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training and pre-employment screening are part of the process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) preferred.
• DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State required.
• Insured driver with clean MVR.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior grocery store or consumer product retail experience preferred.
• Operate manual/ powered pallet jack or hand truck.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Drivers on assigned route.
• Unload merchandise.
• Display and rotate products according to company standards.
• Maintain back rooms by organizing and consolidating back stock in a safely accessible way within the assigned loading dock area.
• Provide excellent customer service & maintain customer relationships.
• Retrieve company property & assets as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
