Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring a Driver Assistant to support delivery drivers and merchandise products to customers. You will work on an assigned route and help ensure accurate displays and timely deliveries.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid state license with a clean MVR, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior grocery/retail experience is preferred, with opportunities for career growth within the company.

Qualifications

What does a Driver Assistant do at Swire Coca-Cola?

In this role, you will work closely with our Drivers and be responsible for assisting with the delivery and merchandising of Swire Coca-Cola products, helping to ensure excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Drivers on assigned route
• Unload merchandise
• Display and rotate products according to company standards
• Maintain back rooms by organizing and consolidating back stock in a safely accessible way within the assigned loading dock area
• Provide excellent customer service & maintain customer relationships
• Retrieve company property & assets as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) preferred
• DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State required
• Insured driver with clean MVR
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Prior grocery store or consumer product retail experience preferred
• Operate manual/ powered pallet jack or hand truck
• Lift up to 50 pounds
