Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola USA in Arizona is seeking a Driver Assistant to support drivers with delivery and merchandising of Swire Coca-Cola products. You will help ensure excellent service to customers on every route and maintain strong retailer relations.

The role requires a High School Diploma, a valid in-state driver's license, clean MVR, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds; schedule Tuesday to Friday, 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with competitive wages and opportunities for overtime and career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State required.
• Insured driver with clean MVR.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior grocery store or consumer product retail experience preferred.
• Operate manual/ powered pallet jack or hand truck.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Drivers on assigned route
• Unload merchandise
• Display and rotate products according to company standards
• Maintain back rooms by organizing and consolidating back stock in a safely accessible way within the assigned loading dock area
• Provide excellent customer service & maintain customer relationships
• Retrieve company property & assets as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned.
