Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola in Safford, AZ is seeking a Driver Assistant to support our delivery team and merchandise Swire Coca-Cola products for customers. You will work with drivers on assigned routes, rotate stock, maintain back rooms, and help protect company property while following safety standards.

The role offers steady hours with a schedule Tue–Fri, 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM, pay of $18.30–$22.60 per hour, and opportunities for career advancement within a leading beverage distributor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Valid in-state Driver License and clean MVR.
• Insured driver with reliable driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior grocery store or consumer product retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate pallet jack or hand truck and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Drivers on assigned route.
• Display and rotate products according to company standards.
• Maintain back rooms by organizing and consolidating back stock in the loading dock area.
• Retrieve company property and assets as needed.

What does a Driver Assistant do at Swire Coca-Cola?

In this role, you will work closely with our Drivers and be responsible for assisting with the delivery and merchandising of Swire Coca-Cola products, helping to ensure excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Drivers on assigned route
• Display and rotate products according to company standards
• Maintain back rooms by organizing and consolidating back stock in a safely accessible way within the assigned loading dock area
• Ret rieve company property & assets as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) preferred
• DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State required
• Insured driver with clean MVR
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Prior grocery store or consumer product retail experience preferred
• Operate manual/ powered pallet jack or hand truck
• Lift up to 50 pounds
