Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 2- or 4-year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar major preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
• HazMat certification preferred.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License meeting Company standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work and safety of Delivery Associates and ensures adherence to SOPs and planned routes.
• Ensures compliance with local, state and federal regulations (DOT, OSHA) and accurate electronic logs.
• Manages labor hours and consumables within budget; prepares schedules including extra shifts.
• Oversees asset utilization, coordinates repairs, and reviews productivity reporting.
• Suggests efficiency improvements and assists with delivery changes implementation.
• Interprets and enforces company policies including food safety and record keeping.
• Communicates with Sales/Marketing to resolve customer or delivery issues; visits customer locations as needed.
