Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Delivery Driver to safely deliver home medical equipment, provide setup, and educate patients on equipment use. The role includes following patient orientation checklists, maintaining a clean vehicle, and building strong patient relationships.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of professional driving experience. A valid driver's license and DOT/FMCSA paperwork compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of professional driving experience (home care/health care background is a plus).
• Good oral and written communication skills; positive professional image.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to routes, schedules, and safety regulations.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle and ensure safety in loading/unloading.
• Build rapport with patients and internal teams.
• Support on-call rotations during evenings/weekends for emergencies.
