Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking aSenior Business Coach to guide Delivery Service Partner owners within the Amazon delivery network, from pre-launch to mature-state optimization. You will provide strategic advice, financial and operational optimization, and build scalable processes across a growing rural expansion program.

The role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration across ops, legal, finance, and program teams, and a willingness to travel regularly to support the DSP portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of account or relationship management, small business logistics, or retail/vendor/supplier management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of account or relationship management, small business logistics, or retail/vendor/supplier management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead DSP owners through critical business phases including launch, operational scaling, and seasonal demand optimization.
• Provide comprehensive consultation on financial management and operational optimization.
• Support development of scalable business processes to ensure consistent performance metrics.
• Navigate program evolution by helping owners implement strategic changes within traditional DSP operations, including rural delivery expansion.
• Conduct data-driven business reviews, delivering performance insights and benchmarking analysis.
