Job summary

Cabinetworks Group seeks a dedicated Customer Service/Logistics Associate to contact consumers for delivery dates and production dates. You will plan routes, coordinate with dispatchers, and set up routes for add-ons, expedited orders, and returns.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to manage time-sensitive schedules. With a focus on accurate scheduling and efficient delivery, you will support a large cabinet manufacturing operation across multiple plants.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of customer service experience.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact consumers and customers via outbound calls and e-mails to establish a production date for the plant and a delivery date for the customer/consumer.
• Plan transportation routes to set locations based on geographic efficiencies.
• Coordinate with dispatchers to establish truck routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery schedules.
• Establish production dates for add-ons and expedited orders.
• Coordinate with dispatchers to establish truck routes on returns from customers/consumers.
