FleetPride is seeking an energetic customer-focused associate to service an existing customer base with regular visits and scheduled deliveries. You will promote promotions, gather orders, and manage shelf stock while building strong relationships with customers.

Role requires strong communication, time management, and service orientation to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention. Eligible for ISI bonus payout on select portions, with OSHA safety footwear required from day one.

Qualifications

• Regular customer visits and delivery scheduling to support FleetPride customers.
• Ability to use a CRM system to capture customer data and interactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and team members.

Responsabilités

• Serve an existing customer base with visits and delivery services as directed by the Branch Manager.
• Promote promotions, solicit orders, and merchandise shelves as needed.
• Maintain customer inventory and handle returns per procedures.
• Develop relationships and provide product samples/catalogs to customers.
• Monitor KPIs such as customer retention and service ratings.
