Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly, hard-working Delivery Route Driver to load and deliver products to client locations. The role requires maintaining refrigeration, promoting products, and ensuring timely service with a positive team attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical.
• Valid driver's license (CDL not required) and good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Outgoing personality with product promotion skills.
• Excellent organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicle is loaded with all products needed for service locations.
• Drive to client locations and transport products and food.
• Ensure refrigeration of cold foods in truck.
• Deliver products to vending attendants at client locations.
• Collect paperwork from vending attendants and discard unsold merchandise.
• Communicate positively with team members and customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure company vehicle is properly loaded with all product needed to service locations
• Drive vehicle to transport products and food to client locations
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products in truck
• Deliver products and food to vending attendants at client locations
• Collect products and paperwork from vending attendants at client locationsDiscard unsold and stale merchandise
• Communicate positively with fellow team members and customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Manage the care of the company vehicle

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
• Valid driver’s license (a CDL is NOT required) and a good driving record
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
