Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly, self-motivated Delivery Route Driver for a full-time role. The position runs Monday through Friday starting at 4:00 a.m.

The driver will load the vehicle, transport products to client sites, and ensure proper refrigeration while maintaining strong customer service and timely deliveries. The ideal candidate can lift up to 50 pounds, pass a DOT physical, and work independently with an outgoing demeanor.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load the company vehicle with products for service locations.
• Drive to client locations and transport products and food.
• Ensure refrigeration of all cold items in truck.
• Deliver products to vending attendants at client locations.
• Collect products and paperwork from vending attendants.
• Discard unsold and stale merchandise.
• Communicate positively with team members and customers.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Delivery Route Driver, Full-time. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday starting time 4:00 a.m.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure company vehicle is properly loaded with all product needed to service locations
• Drive vehicle to transport products and food to client locations
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products in truck
• Deliver products and food to vending attendants at client locations
• Collect products and paperwork from vending attendants at client locations
• Discard unsold and stale merchandise
• Communicate positively with fellow team members and customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Manage the care of the company vehicle

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
• Valid driver’s license (a CDL is NOT required) and a good driving record
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Outgoing personality with the skills to promote products
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively to customers and AVI team members
• Ability to work independently and utilize time efficiently
