Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly, hard-working Delivery Route Driver for full-time dayshift. Typically Monday–Friday with occasional weekend availability.

You will load the delivery vehicle, transport products to client locations, ensure proper refrigeration, and interact with vending attendants and AVI team members to ensure high-quality service. The role includes growth opportunities within a family-oriented company.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to operate a company vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Outgoing personality to promote products.

Responsibilities

• Load company vehicle with products for service locations.

• Communicate positively with team members and customers.

Delivery Route Driver, Full-time Dayshift

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Full-time Delivery Route Driver. This position is usually scheduled dayshift, typically Monday through Friday with weekend availability as needed

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure company vehicle is properly loaded with all product needed to service locations
• Drive vehicle to transport products and food to client locations
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products in truck
• Deliver products and food to vending attendants at client locations
• Collect products and paperwork from vending attendants at client locations
• Discard unsold and stale merchandise
• Communicate positively with fellow team members and customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Manage the care of the company vehicle

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
• Valid driver's license (a CDL is NOT required) and a good driving record
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Outgoing personality with the skills to promote products
