Job summary

Responsibilities

• Reviews delivery logs daily for accuracy and makes corrections as needed.
• Coordinates with purchasing on product pick-ups and assigning drivers.
• Reassigns drivers to routes when others are unavailable.
• Suggests minor delivery route adjustments as needed.
• Addresses customer issues and routes calls to customer service.
• Notifies of substantial disruptions affecting routes or delivery times.
