Responsibilities

• Plan, test coordination, release planning and execution of complex initiatives across product, technology, and business teams.
• Ensure projects deliver on time, aligned with enterprise standards, and compliant with regulatory and risk requirements.
• Collaborate with product management, technology/engineering, risk, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to manage delivery timelines and dependencies.
• Provide status updates to senior leadership and represent the program in cross-functional forums or steering committees.
• Monitor capacity, identify blockers, and elevate issues to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
